We would like to introduce a case study of the "Clean Best Cleaning Machine" that we handle. At N Seiki in Kanagawa Prefecture, after switching from an open-type two-tank system to our product, cleaning failures became zero, and the working environment improved. At S Seiki in Saitama Prefecture, after switching from a vertical two-tank system to our product, the cleaning volume doubled, the working environment improved, and it became easier to fill and drain the liquid. Additionally, we have received feedback that difficult workpieces, such as thin materials and blind holes that could not be cleaned with water-based or hydrocarbon-based solutions, can now be cleaned. 【Implementation Effects (Partial)】 ■ N Seiki (Kanagawa Prefecture): Cleaning failures became zero, and the working environment improved. ■ S Seiki (Saitama Prefecture): Cleaning volume doubled, working environment improved, and liquid filling and draining became easier. ■ T Manufacturing (Tokyo): Drying stains became zero, and total costs decreased. ■ K Company (Nagano Prefecture): Dust removal effect, elimination of static electricity, and compatibility with narrow pitch products. ■ T Company (Akita Prefecture): Overall usage reduced to 1/10, with a total of 106 units delivered. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
